Tender Loving Care Advice for Euphorbia poissonii 'Variegata' in ceramic pot :
An attractive succulent shrub that carries cylindrical branches with showy variegated green and yellow leaves. The plant is highly resilience and relatively easy to care for when it is fully established. Water the plant deep and only when the soil is about to dry out. It thrives well in well-drained loamy soil and location with plenty of sunlight. Avoid contact of the plant sap as it is a highly irritant and toxic succulent member of the large and varied spurge family of plants. It is native to northern Nigeria, where local farmers extract its latex for use as a pesticide.
Growing Conditions
Light: Filtered light to full sun are acceptable. This plant prefers bright and strong indirect light.
Water: Mist the plant once every 5-7 days, avoid over watering.
Soil: It prefers well-drained loamy soil although it is adaptable to all kind of soil types.
Fertilizer: The plants required light dose fertiliser for good growth.
Others: Toxic.
