SHIPPING & DELIVERY

All orders placed and confirmed by 0800 hours (Singapore Time, GMT +8) will be processed on the same day. Orders placed and confirmed after 0800 hours (Singapore Time, GMT +8) on a Friday, Saturday, Sunday and Eves of and on Public Holidays in Singapore will be processed on the next business day.

Delivery services are only provided within Singapore.

Order processing and delivery time
Singapore: 4 - 7 working days

Your order will arrive on a weekday from 1:00 pm onwards.

Gardens by the Bay eShop is unable to deliver to PO boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

Please note that Gardens by the Bay eShop only delivers to one delivery address per order. Any redirection of the address will be subjected to an additional re-routing delivery fee.

Delivery to an incorrect or non-existent delivery address is the sole responsibility of the purchaser.

DOMESTIC DELIVERY

Domestic shipping charges: Free of charge for SGD50.00 & above spending per order (first delivery address). Subsequent deliveries will be charged at a flat rate of SGD8.00 (including 9% GST).

Below is a list of local areas Gardens by the Bay eShop does not deliver to. Airbase Sites, Army Camps, Changi Cargo, Changi International Airport Services, Country Clubs, Jurong Island, Off-shore Islands (eg. Pulau Ubin), Powergrid, Sentosa Island, SATS Inflight Catering Centre 1, Seletar Aerospace, Singapore Prison Quarters, Shipyards, ST Kinetics, Tuas Link, Turf Club Avenue.
