Philodendron Xanadu plant is a slow to moderate-growing tropical evergreen plant. A much prefer choice of indoor plant for small place as the attractive, deeply-lobed dark green leaves unfurl at the ends of their dark-green leaf stalks to create a lush-looking canopy which is not too overpowering than most big plants. This Lacy Tree Philodendron is considered toxic to cats and dogs.
Growing Conditions
Light: It prefers bright indirect light.
Water: Keep leaves dry, avoid overhead watering. Remove any bacteria blight infected leaves which appear to be smelly, dark green blotches due to over watering.
Soil: It prefers slightly alkaline, loose yet good moisture retention media.
Fertilizer: Feed the plants every four to six months with controlled-release fertilizer. Too much fertilizer may cause excess salt build up in the soil and can cause leaf burn.
Pests & diseases: Not prone to insects, but may still encounter mealy bugs or aphids at times. Regular check on foliage and regular showering with insecticidal soap will help keep the pests at bay.
