This beautiful Pink Aglaonema was a result of plant-crossings between Aglaonema rotundum and Aglaonema commutatum Tricolor and later crossed again with Aglaonema brevispathum.
It is often known as an easy-going plant and is a perfect indoor plant for first time grower. Aglaonema Donna Carmen tolerates low humidity and dim light but it performs best when place at hallway, windowsill or spots with bright indirect light conditions.
The tiny, bright coloured red fruits of Aglaonema are toxic, keep the plants away from pets and children.
Growing Conditions
Light: It prefers bright indirect light.
Water: The plant required moderate humidity and watering. Make sure the soil is dry on top before re-watering.
Soil: It prefers nutrient rich, loose yet good moisture retention media.
Fertilizer: The plant required routine monthly fertilizer for good growth.
Others: It prefers to be kept warm at temperate environments. They don’t do well under cold, frosty temperatures.
