Tender Loving Care Advice for Adiantum trapeziforme (Diamond Maidenhair Fern):
Adiantum trapeziforme has bright glossy stems with arching branches. Each of their leaflets resembles diamond, hence known as the Diamond Maidenhair Fern. The genus 'Adiantum' translates to 'unwettable' based on the the greek word 'Adiantos' because the leaves of the fern have the ability to repel water.
Light: Prefers indoor areas with no direct sunlight.
Water: When the top inch of the soil feels dry, water until the water runs out of the drainage holes. Do not water when the soil is still moist.
Others: Trim off any yellow/ dead leaves on the plant. If there are signs of yellowing/ browning on the leaves could indicate that it is exposed to too much direct sunlight or under watering.
